Great vibe, good service and the food was good too. 4 stars because the fried pork I ordered was burnt to a crisp and dry as a bone. The veggies, beans and rice that it came with, however, were delicious. Apparently, they also have live music Friday and Saturday night!

This is the best restaurant in Westfield hands down! They treat you like good friends and the food is amazing! Live music by the family as well.

Very good food and neat little atmosphere. The prices are fantastic and the food is delicious! It's good for a quick bite, the waitress was very fast with our food and super friendly! We ordered flan for desert and she gave us a little extra :) Would definitely come back here!

Wonderful food!

I thought 12 bucks for one chicken thigh and rice was a little expensive. It tasted good but really a little too expensive. We had take out and they had attitude and was rude. Second time we tried. But the flavor was good. We won’t go back because they were rude

Went here on 2/28 for the first time. I had the potato ball, the yucca ball and grilled pork dish with rice and beans. Amazing food, great atmosphere. Everything was so delicious! Can't wait to return and try more.

Love this place! Small and family owned and run. Great people, food and service. It's a favorite of mine, and I managed to get the folks at worked hooked on it too. The fried pork and roasted pork are fantastic...and don't forget to ask for the homemade hot sauce!

This place does not have good beans, no flavor and very expensive. I grew up in Springfield and the food is way better. Sorry to say but the food is not the best Hispanic food I've had. Puerto Ricans know what's up.

We just can't get enough! So we have to be careful. ;) Everything is sooo good...all the food on the menu, the atmosphere, the friendly staff. The combination just takes us to another place. Santiago's is our first go-to anytime we're passing through Westfield.

I've never had Caribbean food before and it was awesome. The staff was great and explained what everything was to me. I got the roast pork and it was nice and tender and it tasted great. The fresh made hot sauce gave it a little kick too. The atmosphere was pretty cool. Looks like they have a band at night (don't know what days,I was the for lunch). One note, Google maps is wrong on their hours. They don't open until 1pm on Friday.

Sooo freakin goood!! Definitely not an every day type place (they arent even open every day but) because it's a little pricey but it's a place where you go to treat yourself to some authentic Spanish food. The menu has a great variety of choices you can get and it's always a generous portion. The Santiago Family are such warm, inviting happy people. They play live music on the weekend and it's always a great time!! You definitely leave with a smile on your face, ALWAYS!!

Fried potato balls filled with seasoned beef, beef empanadas, rotisserie chicken with rice and beans....there is no bad dish here. Alexa is a wonderful person and a phenomenal host. Live music on Friday and Saturday nights and best of all there is a sense of local community when you walk in. People talking between tables and truly enjoying themselves together. Great food, better people, the best atmosphere.

Ok. We where fortunate enough to make it to a chair in Santiago’s, It is crowded. Now I can understand why. It’s an experience that can be compared to being invited to a loving family members home. Great food and drinks!

Are you looking for delicious food made to order by a wonderful family? Are you ready to be welcomed to their restaurant as if you are a beloved family member? Let me be clear, this is not fast food. If you are there on a Friday or Saturday night then you will be transported to Puerto Rico by the owners wonderful singing and guitar. There are only 50 seats so plan accordingly. The food is not spicy hot, but richly seasoned. If you do go there definitely get the potatoe balls and the green hot sauce. On a personal note for people with food allergies I have a severe allergy to black pepper and they so very accommodating that this is one of my favorite places in the world. Five stars does not due this place justice as I would rate it higher if I could. In reading other reviews of this restaurant you may see that one of the biggest complaints is wait time on your order...I see this as a compliment on the quality as they actually prepare each meal individually.
