Do they speak english

We are in 2019... Even restaurants in Peurto Rico will speak english.... Assuming different is modern racism.

I was wondering if there's any way to get a menu from Santiago's so we can know the name of the dishes. We would order it over the phone and pick it up. Some of the pictures of your food have no comments so I'm not sure what it is called.

I posted menu pictures in one of my reviews. If you go though the reviews, or the list of pictures, then you should be able to find it.

No, they don't. You can order by phone and pick it up.

Yes they do

What are your hours & dates of operation. I was planning getting something for Wed/14

You can look up hours on Google but I found em Wed and Thursdays: 12-7 Friday: 12-10 Sat: 1-10
